 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the United States is an actress comedian, activist, and actress. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and started her career shortly after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actress. Her most well-known work is her appearances on AT&T commercials on TV. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020 (from). The commercials she appeared in were not her only activity she appeared in. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). After being featured in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors, Vayntrub also voices Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub is a Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also is a Jew. When she was two years old She and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. The financial struggles of her family resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. But she dropped out of school after her sophomore years. She obtained the GED and later obtained an undergraduate degree in Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. She was a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and was a student of the art of improv comedy.
